Application Terms of Service

These terms govern your public use of the Rolit application, account registration, subscription usage, AI generation capabilities, and platform services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rolit website (rolit.in), mobile apps, APIs, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Rolit AI Inc. ("Rolit," "we," "us," or "our").
By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
A. Registration & Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
B. Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including actions performed by connected third-party applications or team members under your workspace subscription.
C. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.
3. Acceptable Use & AI Generation Policy
You agree not to use Rolit to build, generate, upload, or share content that:
• Is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or hate speech.
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties.
• Generates malware, exploit tools, phishers, or malicious code designed to disrupt computer systems.
• Circumvents platform safety filters, rate limits, credit balances, or security measures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Rights
A. Your Content: As between you and Rolit, you retain ownership of all original text, code, graphics, images, and project data you submit to or generate using the Services ("User Content"), subject to your compliance with these Terms.
B. License to Rolit: You grant Rolit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, execute, display, and process your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and support the Services for you.
C. Rolit Branding & Platform: Rolit retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform UI, logos, trademarks, software, workflows, and proprietary algorithms.
5. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
A. Paid Plans & Billing: Certain features or usage tiers (e.g., Pro, Max, Team) require paid subscriptions or credit purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to renewal.
B. Credits Metering: Generation features consume platform credits as specified in the pricing details. Unused promotional credits expire according to plan terms.
C. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Profile > Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
A. Service Provided "AS IS": The Services and AI outputs are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
B. AI Output Accuracy: Generative AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated code, text, or visual assets before deployment.
C. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rolit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
7. Termination & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on our website.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of our Services.
